I’m Prapti, a Product Designer and Service Designer living in London.
I'm currently pursuing my Masters in Service design at the Royal College of Art. My most recent work stint was with Netenrich where I worked on multiple challenging projects from designing a SecOps framework to creating a self-service IT automation portal. My two years in this young, enterprise startup environment taught me how to balance business goals and engineering constraints as I unrelentingly advocated for the user. I love books, dogs and travel.
My ideal weekend includes curling up with a book and a bowl full of ice cream. Notable memories include hiking on a frozen river bed in the Himalayas at a freezing -33 °C!
